This interface is a mess. There's methods that no longer exist but are still implemented, methods that do exist but aren't implemented anywhere, and classes which claim to implement the interface but don't.

Fixes some objects that claim to implement calICalendarProvider but shouldn't, some that do implement calICalendarProvider but don't QI to it, and some that partially implement it.
Removes two methods from the interface that aren't implemented anywhere.
