User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Go to a website that sporadically produces sound (like playing a game on chess.com).
Actual results:
Whenever a move happened and the website produces a sound, the size of the title-bar changes because of the word "Play" appearing below the title, and the viewport size did as well. This causes the website to visible change layout whenever a move was played.
Expected results:
The appearing word "play" should not affect the size of the title bar or view-port.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Are you referring to this "PLAYING" indicator in the tab? If not, can you provide a screenshot?
