Prerequisites:
ETP - Strict enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.solar.vic.gov.au/solar-rental-properties
2. Observe "Solar panel rebates for rentals remaining this release:" section.

Expected Behavior:
Dynamic number is not displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Dynamic number is not displayed.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard.

Changing severity to S3 because this is a TP issue in strict mode.

I don't see that number whether ETP is on or off, and it also isn't appearing in Chrome (where the site's images aren't even loading). So the problems here appear deeper, and presumably on the site's end rather than the browser's.
