[RFE] Notification for new (not for unread) email in system tray

Steps to reproduce:
The system tray envelope icon for notification for new (not for unread) email is missing in Thunderbird 91.0.2.
The new systray icon is displayed when unread emails existing (except in Junk).
There is a different between new and unread emails. Not new emails could mark as unread. New emails are untouched emails, exactly are emails that are receive since the last view in thunderbird.
In windows 7 don't diesplay the number of unread emails in the new icon. There is only a red point. With this, the new function is only a function for unread emails. Yet, only the popup inform for new receive emails.

Thanks for reporting, there is a mail.biff.use_new_count_in_mac_dock, please try setting it to false. We might have to migrate it to a new name later.

There is no mail.biff.use_new_count_in_mac_dock in Windows by Thunderbird 91.0.3 (64 bit).
