Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any video on Vimeo. For example this: https://vimeo.com/351053348
2. Start playback.
3. Scroll the page with this video as far down as possible so that a thumbnail of the video being played appears in the header of the site.
4. Click the button located in the lower right corner of the thumbnail to open the video in full screen. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/vZ5a3Kp

For some reason, this does not work in Firefox. Compare the behavior with Chrome, where there is no such problem.

Thanks for your report. I was able to reproduce your issue so I´ll mark this as "New" for visibility and add a proper Component to it.
Let´s wait for a developer to look into this.
