Speller worked properly with 1.1. After installation of 1.2a speller failed to
install properly and\or failed to work properly. Dictionary box comes up
"Download More"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Installed 1.1 and installed spell check
2. Installed 1.2a and installed spell check
3. Compose e-mail, spell check availalbe but does not work, no dictionary
appears evident.

Actual Results:
I uninstalled 1.2a and downloaded fresh copy of 1.2a. Installed fresh copy and
installed spell check. Install appeared complete. Composed and e-mail, spell
check option not present.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, condition\situation continues.

Expected Results:
Spell check should have been availalbe and work
This is an issue with the third party spellchecker, not with Mozilla. The
spellchecker available at mozdev hasn't updated its code to follow Mozilla
changes (see comment 12 bug 124182).
