1728089 - Search bar dropdown menu - lingers after resize between search bar(s) area

• Win10, did not confirm on others at this time;

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, enable the search bar as well;
2. Click inside the Search bar, start typing random characters;
3. Grab space between search and address bar and resize; type in characters to trigger a reset;

Expected result

• suggestion bar no longer displayed while resize;
• OR the left-margin of the dropdown remains clamped to left-margin of the parent search bar and moves around;

Actual result

• see attachment, the dropdown appears to appear in random positions;

• will poke the QA team for further investigation;
• attached recording to illustrate the issue.

The issue also occurs on other OSs (Ubuntu 20.04).
The issue is an older one. Here is the info I've found while doing the regression:

Please note that the issue exists since the introduction of the functionality to resize the address and search bars.
