if you reload a page, for example if you are editing a webpage, mozilla moves
the page up. you can move to the top of the page by hitting reload a couple of
times :)
kinda annoying, it's difficult to see what particular things do if one is
playing around with css and stuff.

I see this problem only with pages served as XHTML, not with HTML4 pages. It's
a rather annoying effect anyway. The size of the jump towards the top of the
page seems to be proportional to the position on the page.
ah, lemme add the URL then where i noticed it. that particular page is xhtml and
served as application/xhtml+xml.

This can't be XP APPS because this is in the content area.

Please attach a testcase to this bug that could be used to reproduce -- the URL
in the URL field gives a 404.

2003042112 shows different behaviour;
*) scroll down (with mouse or scrollbar)
*) press reload
*) see scrollbar move (not the content)
i've updated the URL. i've not seen the behaviour i filed this bug for for a
while, i'll look for it.
