1. Load the page
2. Look at the fihjt side - there is a block that is outside.

It's a regression, since it was OK previous and NN7 looks good. Happened for
mnth now or so.

Compared testcase with IE. Appears to be different interpretation to the "cols"
attribute in the "textarea" tag.

Bug of attached test case reproduced in 12/16 Trunk. The page of the URL has
changed since the bug was reported but the test case is still valid.

The testcase just shows that "cols" depends on the font used.
