Details

I always want my downloads to save as files.  There is no way to set this as a
preference.  Instead, I always have to go through a little dialogue dance, which
is a waste of time.  

I want to be able to specify (ideally, by type of file being downloaded, but
that would be icing on the cake) whether I want all downloads to be saved or
played, and where I want them saved on my hard drive.
