User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0

Steps to reproduce:

Opening Firefox menus, extension popups or right-click context menu with some DPI scaling values almost everytime results in flickering or not showing at all, making them completely unusable because you can barely determine what item is selected, can't toggle options in popups, etc.

As I said not all DPI scaling values are affected for me, 1.25 works correctly for example. As I understand it also depends on Firefox window size, because Firefox menu and right-click context menu start displaying correctly on half tiled windows.

I'm using Fedora Silverblue 34 with Wayland GNOME session and DPI scaling set to 1.5, my screen resolution is 1920x1080 (14'' screen). Firefox on Windows is not affected by this issue on the same computer.

This problem affects other users as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/p87jv8/gnome_text_scaling_results_in_menu_flickering/

Expected results:

Nothing like this should be happening, all menus should open without any flickering.
