Actual results:
Nothing untill after a long Time (5Min or longer).
Expected results:
The Programm Window should appear immediately.

Is this bug new with Firefox 91? Has 90 been fine in this regard?
Such a bug could occur if you use Linux with Nvidia graphics card and try to resume a session with many windows, if I remember correctly.
Or you are using a custom Firefox build that is missing optimizations for software rendering. (?) Or there is some new widget bug.
Are you using an official Firefox downloaded from https://mozilla.org/firefox/new or one from which Linux distribution?
