simply loads the page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type "http://www.cnn.com/2002/EDUCATION/10/03/uc.mondavi.ap/index.html"
2. attempt to reload the page.
3. no difference.
Actual Results:
no change. the page remains badly rendered.
Expected Results:
the page would re-align itself to a more proper orientaion and layout.
