1729385 - Port test_bug527306.html to WPT

It's interesting testcase for editor because flushing pending notification makes the editor destroyed, but the editor has already been destroyed when it starts handling the edit command. I'd like to check other edit commands to in all browsers.

It's interesting case, and it perhaps should be tested in WPT for web-compat.
Chrome 93 passes all tests in the new WPT, but Gecko fails in the cases of
related to focus.
