When clicking on a link that tries to connect to a server that takes too long,
hitting Stop causes a Save As window to pop up asking you where you want to save
it. If you decide to save it, the file is unusable. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to download a file from www.osxgnu.org. It'll try to connect.
2.Click Stop.
Actual Results:  
Save As window pops up. 

Expected Results:  
Not shown the window and be ready to continue browsing.

This same bug is present in Netscape 7.0 (MOZILLA_1_0_BRANCH) but I can't repro
it in my trunk Mach-O build so I suspect it's a Necko issue that we'll find
fixed once we move Chimera to the trunk.

WorksForMe as of build 2003081202, so it probably went away with migration to
the trunk as expected.
