Sometimes, a dropdown menu is displayed in a wrong place - that is, the menu
seems to float one or two lines below the dropdown field on the web page. It's
not reproducible, it can happen at just about every dropdown field on any
website. Usually this behavior goes away even when you change to another tab and
back again.

there are a few of (known) issues that can cause this.  See bug 53318 and the
list of bugs in bug 53318 comment 30

Jens, do you continue to experience this problem? I notice several of the bugs
mentioned in bug 53318 have been fixed since this report was filed.

No response from the reporter. The snapshot is from www.imdb.com, but I can't
reproduce the problem on that site.

We don't have enough information to reproduce this, so without the reporter's
input there's no way to know if this bug is a separate issue from the ones that
have been fixed.
