platform name changed and the command shown in https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/devtools/contributing/performance.html#run-performance-tests (./mach try fuzzy --query "'linux64-shippable/ 'damp" --rebuild 5) does not match any task now

Attachment: Bug 1729622 - [devtools] Fix match try fuzzy command in performance documentation. r=jdescottes.

Since the platform name can (and did) change from time to time,
let's only have linux in the name, which should be enough.
