The 'Print Preview' and 'Page Setup' appear to have been removed as options and now display in a different way - as per Firefox.
There is an option to display or not display headers and footers.
There is no option to control the content of the various parts of the headers and footers.
This is available in all previous versions.
It has been removed from version 91*
User should have full control over what data is printed and that includes the content of headers and footers.
It also includes where that data is to be displayed. eg: page numbering to the footer left or header central
Request the option to have full control over headers and footers as per all previous versions.

Click "More settings" in the print preview page and there you will find a checkbox "Print headers and footers".
(That includes page numbers and such by default, IIRC settings for customization are in only in hidden prefs which seems very reasonable).

I'm agreeing with you that IIRC settings are in the hidden prefs eg: 'More Settings'
But I'm not talking about what is not immediately visible
I'm talking about after you have selected the 'More Settings' option.... it does not allow customisation which is the point of this bug.
The More SEttings option says I can choose not to print headers or put up with the bad design which is rather arrogant and unfortunate.
It does not allow customisation as in all previous versions.
I'm talking about the default shows info you may not want displayed and page numbering in bottom left corner etc.
Customisation is required to correct these types of errors in the headers and footers.
If the Status of this bug was based on thinking I was not aware of the 'More Settings' button then this bug has been set as resolved and invalid erroneously.
I presume any customisation is now only achieved via the Config Editor.
Not everyone finds it easy to use the Config Editor.
I do not think it is a very healthy approach to presume all users have the ability to understand and use the Config Editor.
I need to change 'print.print_footerleft' to no entry and 'print.print_footercenter' to '&PT' entry.
Whilst I'm able to do this, I do not think it is an improvement to expect all users to perform those types of modifications.
Why are developers not understanding that many users do not feel comfortable delving into areas like the Config Editor?
Is this something they do not consider? There must be a reason. Perhaps they are rather youthful or lost touch with how some people find it mentally daunting or physically difficult if they do not have simple click choices .
This is an example of developing designs that are Not all inclusive from a User point of view.
I do not understand why this would be considered an acceptable approach.
