The WINDOW_REMOTE_SUBFRAMES_ENABLED_STATUS telemetry probe expires in Firefox 96:

We plan to roll Fission out in Firefox 94. Version 96 will be in Nightly at that time. We should probably extend the WINDOW_REMOTE_SUBFRAMES_ENABLED_STATUS probe a few more versions (say 100?) so it doesn't expire before we have enabled Fission by default and ridden the trains.
