Steps to reproduce:

I set the Firefox theme to dark and installed an addon which has an option UI.

Actual results:

The theme of the addon settings is light, although it has CSS for dark mode (file and screenshots attached).

Expected results:

The theme of the addon settings is dark

I am able to reproduce the issue in release 92, beta 93.0b5 and latest nightly 94.0a1 (2021-09-15) using Windows 10.
