I realised that we'd missed adding triggers for updating the moz_places foreign_count when we added the session tables.
I also realised that the maintenance was missing these as well, so at the moment running maintenance would incorrectly change the foreign_count when we have items in those tables.
This also adds the triggers for moz_places_metadata_snapshots and moz_places_metadata_groups_to_snapshots which had been defined and not added yet.
