• If yes, steps to reproduce:
• List of other uplifts needed: None
• Risk to taking this patch: Low
• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Relatively low risk since we can still disable this feature if more issues come up before release.
  Note: this uplift does include a general PDF.js update, but all changes are pretty minor and well tested. It also will fix an issue with QR codes in french covid testing PDFs (bug 1722191).
