Reproduced the issue using an affected Beta build 93.0b4 (20210912185727). Due to Bug 1734845, I was able to reproduce this issue by adding Hebrew language pack from about:addons or https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hebrew-il-language-pack/.
The issue is verified as fixed on latest Beta 94.0b3, across the following platforms: Win 10x64, macOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 20.04.
