Details

Since I have installed SP 1 for XP Professional the installer crashes at 
jar50.dll.

No chance to install neither MOZILLA nor NETSCAPE (same error).
MOZILLA run fine without SP 1
dupe. if the reporter feel this is wrong reopen...
Reporter: Try removing zlib.dll form windows/system32 or run setup in
Windows98/WindowsME compaibility mode

Reporter: Correction, only search in C:\windows for zlib.dll and rename it there.
