Environment:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 94.0a1 (2021-09-14)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Prerequisites:
ETP - Strict enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B550M-MORTAR/Overview
2. Click and of the links/options on the header of the page (e.g "Gallery" or "Support").
3. Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
Links/options are functional and redirect to specific page is performed.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens, links/options are not functional.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard
   3 The issue is reproducible for all the links/options in the Header and Footer sections.

Changing severity to S3 because this is a TP breakage.

This seems to have the same underlying issue as bug 1728594.
