Actual results:

Firefox just bounced on the dock since it was not in focus, to notify me that Enhanced Protecions has blocked 1000 trackers this month.

Expected results:

While I love the idea of the block notification, I do not consider this to be worth a visual ping to the user. It is not critical or something that needs immediate resolution.

My proposed solution is for Firefox to wait until the user has Firefox in focus, and only then push the notification.

I'm marking this as an enhancement since I imagine it is marketed as a feature.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Protections UI' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
