[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• Windows 8.1 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile older than 28 days.
• Have the user.js file saved to your PC.

*[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the profile folder and paste the user.js file from prerequisites.
2. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
3. Navigate to "https://edition.cnn.com/" and access ~3 articles.
4. Observe the left part of the "Address Bar".

[Expected result]:

• The "Emotive Pin-To-Taskbar CFR" message is NOT displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The "Emotive Pin-To-Taskbar CFR" message is displayed.
