Attachment: "Always open" context menu item

In order to retain support for automatically opening files of certain mime types with the system default handler, we should add another item to the download context menu that will add an entry on the mime type table of about:preferences.

Attached a new image showing how new context menu item currently looks.

However, do we want Always Open Similar Files to appear above "Show in Finder" / "Open Containing Folder" in the same way as the open with system default menu items? (Like displayed in the image I added)

Or do we want it below "Show in Finder" / "Open Containing Folder" like the other attached image https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=9241590&action=edit ?
