Details
This bug tracks that we haven't uplifted Bug 1718292 to ESR91, as this causes a permafail.
However, it would be best to get this uplifted regardless, so this bug tracks the fix so that once we get the permafail fixed, we can get it uplifted still.

Update: We uplifted the above bug, but disabled the no build-signing sub-test, solely on ESR91.
