Steps to reproduce:

  • Press to open a folder in the bookmarks bar
  • Hover mouse over a folder within the open folder
  • Attempt to scroll
  • Observe that the view doesn't scroll
  • Move mouse over a bookmark entry (not a folder)
  • Observe that the view scrolls

Firefox 93.0b6, macOS 11.5.2 (arm64).

Actual results:

The view didn't scroll.

Expected results:

The view should have scrolled.
