Steps to reproduce:
Actual results:
- Firefox 92 / MacOS renders "render this text bold" as if it was not bold, just like regular text.
Expected results:
- The words "render this text bold" should be in a bold font.

I'm not seeing this problem on an Intel-based MacBook Pro running Monterey beta -- the bold text works OK here. Also not seeing it on an M1-based MacBook Air running Big Sur (macOS 11.4). So it seems to be quite version-specific...
We've seen another issue on Monterey beta where font rendering seems to behave differently depending whether the application is built for the Intel or ARM architectures -- I wonder if this might be similar?
Frank, if you run Firefox under Rosetta (Intel emulation) on the M1 MacBook Air, does that make a difference? (Locate the Firefox application and use the Finder's Get Info panel, and check the Open using Rosetta option.)

Im somehow cannot add attachments any more. Rendering problem persist.when run with Rosetta.
