Steps to reproduce:

Open image modal pops up when dragging a draggable element to a new position on a form. This is true for Firefox 92 and 93 versions.

Actual results:

When trying to edit a form with a draggable element the open image modal opens.

Expected results:

I am not trying to open an image.

Somehow this was lost for 2 years and now has been resuscitated, but without a testcase where the issue is reproducible we can't fix anything here, unfortunately. We can reopen if more details become available.
