When using "edit message as new", sometimes the insert & format menu items can be disabled when the cursor is in the message body.
I'm seeing this in 2002100504 on Win ME while editing from a template in HTML mode. Right now the entire INSERT and FORMAT menus are disabled. At one time the only item on INSERT that wasn't grayed out was SMILEY. CTRL-L still works to insert a link.
Have not seen this problem in a long time. Marking WFM.
