Details
With the latest nightly (2021-09-22), dragging a tab results in duplicating the tab rather than moving it. When I try to reorder my tabs I end up with 2 copies of the one that I dragged.

And actually it's happening for me again. Maybe I was wrong about the behavior I was seeing or maybe it's an intermittent issue.
