All reload tests introduced in bug 1731630 surfaces some leaks in the content process coming from code external to DevTools.
It will probably be helpful to record allocations without devtools against the same test page, so that we can easily identify regression unrelated to DevTools.
It may also help focus on leaks that are external to DevTools and may be get rid of them.
