Details
Bug 1729314 converted the attachment area in the composition to a html details element. We should consider using a similar structure for the message pane #attachmentView and msgAttachmentView.inc.xhtml

Note: when converting #attachmentName we should follow the approach in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D128477 to split out the extension part of the attachment name.
