Steps to reproduce:

Updated to version 92

Actual results:

So when you click on the >> at the end of the BOOKMARKS TOOLBAR the horizontal list has TOO MUCH spacing between each line.

Expected results:

Other versions did not do this.

This was an intentional design choice. It brings the bookmarks toolbar overflow panel in line with other panels in Firefox.
