A while ago, I started documenting various aspects of the document accessibility lifecycle; e.g. how DocAccessibles get created, how they fire doc load events, etc. There is certainly more that could be documented here, but I think it's useful enough as it is to be worth landing in the in-tree source docs. This will also serve to kick off the a11y docs in mozilla-central, so "we don't have a place to put docs in the source tree yet" can stop being a blocker going forward. :)

Bug 1638880 changes the firing of doc load complete events, so we'll wait until this lands before landing the docs.
