Botond, should your GetPaintedLayerScaleForFrame fix be uplifted to Beta 94? We plan to release Fission MVP in Firefox 94. Does this bug fix a problem visible to Fission users?

Based on the discussion of the issue's (low) severity here, and Timothy saying in a recent meeting that all issues discovered during the GetResolution audit are minor and do not need to be blockers, I would say no, we do not need to uplift this to beta 94.
