I customized my toolbars, and then decided to hide my bookmarks bar

It worked fine, but the next time I started the browser, the bookmarks bar was back.

If I uncheck the view before customizing toolbars, the state persists across
sessions.

If I open a new window after I've changed the visibility (regardless of when I
customized toolbars), the state is persisted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Phoenix
2. View->Toolbars->Customize... -> done
3. View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar
4. Observe that Bookmarks Toolbar is hidden
5. Close Phoenix
6. Open Phoenix

Actual Results:  
Bookmarks Toolbar is not hidden.

Expected Results:  
Bookmarks Toolbar should have remained hidden; the state it was in when I had
quit Phoenix.
Actually, I'm seeing this even in sessions where customize wasn't used. 

View->Toolbars-> seems to be broken completely on my linux build from today.
I'll check the nightly builds before confirming.
hmm, can't reproduce with the nightly builds from today on linux or windows. 
OK, I just reproduced with build 2002101008 (windows).

Fresh install directory and new profile.

Same repro steps and result.

I disagree.  The summary and comment 0 describe the bug as I see it with 20021021

View/toolbars settings persist if I do not customize toolbars.
View/toolbars settings persist if I customize toolbars _after_ changing the
visibility.
View/toolbars settings do _not_ persist if I customize toolbars _before_
changing the visibility.
I just noticed that the window size and position are not persisted either.
