The "keep this window open after publishing is complete" checkbox does nothing.
 Checking it should mean that the window closes when publishing is finished.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Publish something and check the box.  Then publish it again.  The window still
stays around, ignoring the checkbox.
Actual Results:  
The dialog is still there

Expected Results:  
Should have closed the dialog

when the checkbox is checked, the window will remain open after successful
publishing (it will remain open if publishing is unsuccessful regardless of
checkbox)

Some people like to see that it all published successfully and want the dialog
to remain; others want it to go away immediately.  If you want it to go away,
make sure the checkbox does NOT have a check in it.

Sorry, I might not have been accurate enough. What actually happens is: I
uncheck the checkbox and publish something (successfully) but the window still
shows.

this works for me with a mac debug build from today
I published (via ftp) a file with the checkbox not checked and the dialog
appeared and then disappeared as expected.
