 please checkin to the MOZILLA_1_0_BRANCH branch. once there, remove the
"mozilla1.0.1+" keyword and add the "fixed1.0.1" keyword.

Using branch build 20021015 and 20021016 on winxp and testing per requirement in
bugscape bug 19946, all the appropriate wizard screens are displaying when
necessary.  Will test linux and mac now.

Verified for linux and mac 9.2 that we get the correct wizardpages when needed.
 I will verify this for downstream wizard testing.  Note: we could not test the
past 30day expiration wizard page yet.
