Regardless of file type or website, the download manager window displays no
text. Downloads proceed OK, but there is no history nor status.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.any attempt to download any file type

Actual Results:  
Download Manager window viewable from menu but displays no text

Expected Results:  
window should display text indicating file and progress of download at time of
file transfer and history as well

Using Mac OS X (10.1)
