First startup of Firefox on a windows machine resulted in these colliding messages (see screenshot). Resolution should be to suppress search prompt if default prompt is shown.

Depends on: 1733663
Priority: -- → P1
Version: unspecified → Firefox 95

Ideal fix is to all messaging directed through messaging system behind a check "Is it safe to show message?" in messaging API so that we show only one message.

Discussed briefly with Kate and one possible approach to proposed API can be exposing 'OnMessageIdle' - that runs in background and check if there are any existing message and wait before showing.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Nightly (95.0a1 Build ID - 20211019215100) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64. Now I can confirm that the default browser prompt and URL bar info are no longer colliding at browser startup.
