Steps to reproduce (note that you can get a random result )

• enable voiceover Command+F5
• launch firefox with profile manager and i create a new profile
• hit command+T and i type google.com and hit [enter] on the keyboard
• hit command+T and i type google.com and hit [enter] on the keyboard
• hit command+T and i type google.com and hit [enter] on the keyboard
• hit command+t then i type "g" and y press the [tab key] on the keyboard

Expected result
screen reader should inform what is being selected, the tab to search text. " search with google - search with google directly from the address bar"
it does say the text if i press control-option-shift-down arrow

actual result
it says you are currently on a menu item, to interact with items inside this menu item press control-option-shift-down arrow." and it doesn´t read the message that the screen shows: " search with google - search with google directly from the address bar"

It is random, for example sometimes it reads the text and sometimes it does not.
i included beta93 but actually it took 3 tries using the steps to get the non working result because on the first 2 tries it worked.

Tested on Firefox 114.0b1 and Nightly 115.0a1 with VoiceOver screenreader using the STR from Comment 0 on macOS 12. The issue is still reproducible. VoiceOver reads ‘google.com/, text deleted’. If the user tabs all the way until the tab-to-search result is focused a second time, then it reads correctly.
