When the screenshots UI is closed with the ESC button the toolbar button stays disabled.

Details
Steps to reproduce.
Make sure screenshots.browser.component.enabled is true
Make sure the screenshot button is in the toolbar
- Take a screenshot
- Close the screenshot UI by clicking ESC
Desired result: The toolbar button should be able to click.
Actual result: The toolbar button is disabled after closing UI.

This got fixed by Bug 1733428, where we changed the logic so that the toolbar button operates as a toggle and is only disabled when the current page cannot be screenshot.
