Additional notes

Keywords: regression
Regressed by: 1613705
Has Regression Range: --- → yes
Component: Graphics → Internationalization

I believe this is a result of race condition in DOM building logic of about:profiles that the recent switch to fluent-rs has exposed.

Component: Internationalization → Performance

As per Zibi's comment.

Component: Performance → Startup and Profile System
Product: Core → Toolkit

This is just bug 1500440 I believe.
