I don't believe there is a way to show the scroll wheel not working on the left side of the preview screen. I have been using Thunderbird for many years and this is the first instance of not being able to consistently scroll in the preview window.

"1) Never scrolls on left side of preview window, 2) but sometimes works on right side of preview window" combination just seems so improbable.

Does it happen in all these situations?

  1. When the main pane is maximized?
  2. When the main pane is not maximized (windowed)?
  3. When a message is opened in its own window?
  4. After Help > Troubleshoot mode?
Flags: needinfo?(kenlcarter50)
  1. Main pane NOT maximized
  2. main pane is windowed
  3. message is not opened in a separate window. Message in "preview" pane.
  4. Not Problem in Troubleshoot mode.

I will disable all add-ons and find which causes the problem.

Thank You.
