Steps to reproduce:
Tried to build main branch on RISC-V architecture without modifications. Nonetheless, I already made changes in order to build it on the architecture.
Actual results:
Compilation failed.
Expected results:
Compilation succeeded.

I guess that reporter's fix is from my patch set for riscv64gc. One is bug 1732474, and another is that it is fixed by upstream https://github.com/google/highway/.
