Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download.
2. Download a random item and click on the downloads panel.
3. Press Tab key to navigate to open the Download Details subpanel or a folder.

Expected result

• Focus is displayed when using the Tab key on Allow Download/ Remove file buttons.

Actual result

• There is no focus displayed for Allow Download/ Remove file buttons, but pressing the space key works. Also if pressing Tab key very fast after opening the Download Details panel the focus is displayed.

Regression range

• Not a regression. Reproducible with 84.0a1 (20201104214352) when bug 1660969 landed.

Notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• This works as expected if the Tab key is pressed very quickly after clicking details for the downloaded item.
